With nearly 30 years of diverse experience in the insurance industry, Ms. Busick co-founded GIGA Solutions, Inc., and leads the strategic direction and daily operations of the agency. As a skilled and proven leader across various insurance disciplines – including workers’ compensation, property & casualty, liability, commercial, and employee benefits – Ms. Busick possesses a broad range of expertise. In addition to operational and personnel leadership, she is skilled in strategic planning, underwriting, new business development, marketing, sales management, human resources, and customer service.
She previously served as the Chief Executive Officer of Trigen Insurance Solutions, Inc. and served as a senior-level PEO specialist with Patriot National Insurance Group. Prior to working for Patriot, Ms. Busick served as Chief Marketing Officer for Risk Transfer Holdings; as an accomplished independent insurance agent focusing on large accounts in the PEO industry; and as manager of statistical reporting for National Council on Compensation Insurance (NCCI). Ms. Busick earned a Bachelor of Applied Science in Economics degree from State University of New York (SUNY) at Cortland. She is a member of various professional boards and organizations, including the Business Development Board of Palm Beach, the Boca Raton Chamber of Commerce, the National Association of Professional Employer Organizations (NAPEO), and the Florida Association of Professional Employer Organizations and is involved in fundraisers for Kids in Distress.
Chris Rhoden is a co-founder of GIGA Solutions, Inc. GIGA was formed out of a collective team of professionals to serve the insurance void for various target markets.
Prior to GIGA Solutions, Chris had been the President at TriGen Insurance Solutions, Inc since 2012. Trigen grew to a large volume and was ultimately sold off to a public firm that still holds that name brand today.
Prior, Chris had provided sales, leadership and support for the Alternative Market team at Patriot National. Before joining Patriot, Mr. Rhoden served as President of Risk Transfer, a specialist in insurance solutions to the PEO, staffing and health care industries. Previously, he held sales leadership positions with ManagedComp, a leading managed care organization and was an owner of CompCare Networks, a PPO for workers’ compensation.
Mr. Rhoden received a bachelor’s degree from Florida State University with an emphasis in Finance and Risk Management.
Executive Vice President
Ms. Werckman is the Executive Vice President for GIGA Solutions, Inc. and has been involved in the Professional Employer Organization (PEO) and Staffing industries for nearly 20 years. She oversees marketing, service, and operations for the agency. Prior to joining GIGA, Ms. Werckman served as the Executive Vice President of Trigen Insurance Solutions.
As a consultant, Ms. Werckman owned a social media marketing firm where she created and managed web-based inbound marketing strategies to include social media analysis, monitoring, training, and support for businesses. Ms. Werckman served as the President of Six Points Media Group where she handled the public relations, communications, event planning, web development, and media production services for Patriot National Insurance Group, including its subsidiaries, charities and foundations. Ms. Werckman also served as the Client Services Manager and PEO Senior Account Executive for Patriot National and prior to joining Patriot, was the Director of Corporate Communications and Business Development Manager for Risk Transfer Holdings, focusing on PEO and staffing firms. She held various leadership positions at Sunwest PEO, Suncoast Staffing, and Robert Half International. Jessica also served the healthcare industry as a Client Services Manager for a medical manufacturer specializing in wound-care therapy.
Ms. Werckman attended the U.S. Coast Guard Academy, is a Coast Guard veteran, and has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from the University of Phoenix. She is Vice Chairman of the Board of Habitat for Humanity of East & Central Pasco County, serves on the Board of Heritage Arts Center Association, and performs with Artists for Humanity.
Bookkeeper & Office Manager
Alexandra Sanchez has more than 13 years of experience in the bookkeeping and office administration arena. Prior to joining GIGA Solutions, Alexandra was named the Bookkeeper & Office Manager at Trigen Insurance Solutions in April of 2013. Before her work at Trigen, Alexandra help positions as an assistant underwriter for a personal auto insurance provider and real estate assistant. In 2014, she achieved her 4-40 Customer Service Representative License from the state of Florida.
Anne Strickland handles finance, audits, and reporting for GIGA Solutions. Prior to joining GIGA, she worked for TriGen Insurance Solutions as a financial and accounting analyst. Anne moved to Orlando in 2000 and has more than 10 years of experience providing a variety of quality insurance services. Previously, she worked as the Insurance Accounting Supervisor for an agency focused on workers’ compensation for PEO and staffing companies.
Anne attended Auburn University and has a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
With over 25 years as a business consultant, Keith Tirico is a leader with a reputation for tenaciously protecting his clients best interest. Mr. Tirico is a self-starter with years of experience in aligning company goals and initiatives. With a core competency in business process outsourcing, he is the go to person for companies looking to develop long range growth plans.
He previously served as the Regional Vice President of AlphaStaff – with a demonstrated history of working in the human resources industry. Keith’s skills and expertise include Health Insurance, Sales, Strategic Planning, Business Development, and Marketing Strategy. Keith started as a business development professional after achieving a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) focused in Marketing from Niagara University. He is also a board member for the FSHCC Florida State Hispanic Chamber of Commerce and a key contributor and leading donator to HCREO (Hispanic Council of Reform and Educational Options). His professional track record and high ethical standards drove him to join the GIGA team where the Grass Is Greener.

Rhonda Taylor has more than 20 years of commercial insurance consultation experience, including property casualty and employee benefits.
Ms. Taylor holds 20+ years of experience in commercial insurance consultation including property casualty and employee benefits. Areas of focus include analysis, marketing, administration and sales. 220, 215 & 218 licensed. Initiated CPCU designation and CEBS courses. Extensive HR and Financial Analysis background.
Benefit Account Executive
As Benefit Account Executive, Ms. Lopez brings 10 years of diverse health insurance and PEO experience to GIGA. She began her insurance and PEO experience in Florida in 2008. Ms. Lopez’s insurance career encompasses claims, service, marketing, sales, underwriting, key account management, product strategies and agency management within PEOs owned agencies. She became a licensed Health and Life broker in 2010 and later earned various insurance designations through continuing education. Ms. Lopez is a member NAPEO and NAIFA Broward chapter. As her career evolved, she developed a niche within the PEO industry within the PEO owned agency, where she previously served in the insurance agency and management of client sponsored programs as well as managing the PEO master programs with two PEOs and built efficiencies within the internal PEOs daily process and operations while developing the agency side to integrate within the client needs, vendor relationships and broker channels.
She enjoys volunteering in her community and serves as a Child Advocate with the South Florida Guardian Ad Litem Program. Ms. Lopez resides in the Fort. Lauderdale, FL
With nearly 15 years of experience in insurance, financial services and human capital management, Ms. Cohen joins GIGA Solutions to lead business development and strategic relationships in our benefits division. Prior to joining GIGA, Ms. Cohen served as the President of Cohen & Company Inc., which offered benefits consulting services to hundreds of clients throughout the United States. She has exceptional skill and expertise curating benefits strategy across industries, growth stages, and talent concerns. Due to her passion for her practice, Ms. Cohen truly enjoys making a difference for companies, individuals and families, while also providing flexible and compliant healthcare options for all.
Ms. Cohen is licensed for the sale of property & casualty insurance, as well as all life, health, and financial services products. She graduated Magna Cum Laude from Barry University with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and certification in Industrial/Organizational Development. She is the recipient of numerous professional awards in her fields of practice, including Paychex, Guardian Life, and The Million Dollar Round Table.
Ms. Cohen is a Miami Beach resident and very active in her community. She has served in leadership positions for numerous organizations and philanthropic causes, including Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation, United Way, The Jewish Federation (Miami/Atlanta), Cystic Fibrosis, and Starlight Foundation. She is currently a member of NAPEO and the National Association of Professional Agents. Ms. Cohen is also on the Board of Governors and Chair of the Emerging Leadership Council for the Miami Beach Chamber of Commerce, serving in both positions since 2015.
Lisa Economou is GIGA Solution’s Certificate Specialist with more than 35 years experience in the administrative field. Her diverse career includes many years with IBM where she worked as a Cost Accountant. Her other experience includes running a print center and serving as an administrative assistant. After her retirement from IBM she started a new career in Payroll which lead to her current role as Certificate Specialist.
Lisa is a married to her high school sweetheart for over 35 years and a mother of two and grandmother of two. She enjoys interior design and her family.
Customer Service Representative
Prior to joining GIGA Solutions, Tamika Lynch was a Customer Service Representative for TriGen Insurance Solutions, Inc. She excels at the day to day management of policies, certificates, and additional client services. Tamika has over 10 years’ experience in various aspects of the insurance industry. Designations include Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR) and Associate in Insurance Account Management (AIAM).
With more than 10 years of diverse professional experiences, Mrs. Hurd assists the marketing team at GIGA Solutions, Inc. She started her professional career in community banking in 2007. She progressed in the banking industry from teller to Assistant Branch Manager. In 2015 she changed careers and joined Trigen Insurance Solutions, Inc. as a Certificate Specialist and eventually transitioned to the marketing team as a Marketing Assistant. Mrs. Hurd’s education consists of a Bachelors of Administration from the University of Phoenix (2010) and a Master’s of Business Administration from American Public University (2013).
Sr. Business Consultant
Jordan Cason is a Senior Business Consultant at GIGA Solutions, Inc., responsible for producing new business and growth within the PEO industry. Prior to joining GIGA Solutions, Inc., Jordan worked for Trigen Insurance Solutions as an underwriter and producer. His foundation for workers’ compensation expertise began at Patriot National Insurance Group where he served as an underwriter. Jordon is also a member of the National Association of Professional Employer Organizations (NAPEO). His strengths are his creativity, drive, and leadership. Jordan thrives on challenges and believes his competitiveness is what helps motivate him.
Jordan earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from the University of Central Florida and holds a 2-20 resident general lines license.
Senior Account Executive
As a Senior Account Executive, Mrs. Campbell brings over 20 years of diverse insurance experience to GIGA. She began her insurance career at Liberty Life in Grenville, SC in 1996. Mrs. Campbell’s insurance career encompasses claims, service, marketing, sales and agency management. She became a licensed property and casualty agent in 2001 and later earned various insurance designations through continuing education. Mrs. Campbell is a member of the International Association of Insurance Professionals where she was previously awarded, “Rookie of the Year,” by the Greenville, SC chapter. As her career evolved, she developed a niche within the PEO industry where she previously served as a workers’ compensation manager. Mrs. Campbell is well-versed in all lines of insurance.
Mrs. Campbell is the Co-Founder and Executive Director of Restored Hope Ministries, Inc. She enjoys volunteering in her community and serves on the board of the Duncan Chapel Fire Department Women’s Auxiliary. Mrs. Campbell and her family reside in Greenville, SC.
Michael Sears adds valuable experience to the GIGA Solutions team with more than nine years in the insurance industry. He began his career working with an agency as a workers’ compensation program underwriter managing PEO and Temp Staffing accounts. Prior to his employment at GIGA Solutions, Michael excelled as a client concierge for his PEO and Temp Staffing clients at Trigen Insurance Solutions, Inc. He represents GIGA Solutions, Inc. as a client concierge handling underwriting and the day to day needs of his clients.
